Nara's Story

Breaking Free From Limiting Beliefs

Client: Nara, late 20s, struggling with imposter syndrome and underachieving despite her professional qualifications.

Challenge: Nara believed she was unworthy of success, holding her back in both her career and personal life. Despite her qualifications, she struggled to step into leadership roles and assert herself.

Approach: I used mindset reprogramming, NLP techniques, and hypnotherapy to address her self-doubt. Through coaching, Nara was able to reframe her imposter syndrome and develop the confidence to pursue her goals. I also encouraged her to get a gym membership and exercise a minus of 3 times/week. This promoted endorphins and made her physically strong which in turn made her more confident. I always say a physically strong woman is always a more resilient one

Testimonial:

“I met Brian through a friend of a friend who was life-coached by him many years prior. I have had therapists before, but to be honest they are all the same in my opinion. I knew Brian was different not because he played football, but because he can come from all angles and his level of depth and heart is worldly.

Here’s my story, I had been stuck in the same place for so long, never quite believing that I was good enough to take the next step in my career, even though I had all the qualifications. I would be given opportunities, but I’d shrink away from them, believing that someone else was more capable, more deserving. It took me a while to realize that I was sabotaging my own success. Working with Brian helped me rewire my thinking and realize that I am enough—more than enough. He didn’t just tell me to think positively; he gave me significant daily tools to shift my mindset and confront the stories I’d been telling myself. It did not happen overnight, it happened with persistence and Brian being there holding me accountable.

As time has passed, I’m now leading a team at work, advocating for myself in meetings, and negotiating my worth with confidence. I feel like a completely different person—someone who’s finally living up to her potential and knows it’s all because of Brian.”
